Domaine du Facteur "La Bulle du Facteur" Pet-Nat NV

"La Bulle du Facteur" is a dry, sparkling white from the Loire Valley, made from 100% Chenin Blanc. The average vine age is 90 years old. Fermentation was carried out in barrel with indigenous yeasts, and the wine was aged for 12 months in barrel.
